OUR LOGO DESIGN PROCESS EXPLAINED
- Initial Interest & Consultation [50% payment]: Getting in touch with us for a consultation. This can be done through email, phone, or video conference.
- Design Brief: We gather information from you about your business, brand, target audience, and design preferences. This helps us understand your design needs and expectations.
- Statement of Work (SOW): Based on the consultation and design brief, we provide you with an SOW which includes the scope of work, timeline, and cost estimate. Once the SOW is accepted, a contract is signed to formalize the agreement.
- Research and Design: Our assigned designer conducts research on the industry, competitors, and trends, and starts designing initial concepts. This normally involves brainstorming, rough sketches, and iterations to develop potential logo ideas.
- Design Concepts: We present you with several design concepts that are unique and tailored to your brand. These concepts are typically presented as digital mock-ups, showcasing how the logo could look in real-world applications, such as on business cards, websites, or social media.
- Feedback and Revisions [+25% payment]: We ask you to provide feedback on the design concepts, and we incorporate the suggestions and revisions to refine the logo further. This iterative process may involve 2-3 rounds of feedback and revisions to ensure you are happy with the final design.
- Finalisation [+25% payment]: Once the logo design is approved by you, we finalize the design, including colour selection, typography, and any other design elements. We also create different file formats, including JPEG, PNG, SVG, Transparency, and Vector files (depending on the package). This is to ensure the logo can be used in various mediums and sizes.
- Delivery: The final logo design package, including all the agreed-upon deliverables, is delivered to you. This may include digital files in formats such as JPEG, PNG, SVG, Transparent and Vector files, as well as any additional guidelines or instructions on how to use the logo (depending on the package). For all packages, we will provide you with the logo source files.
